Living Areas
Laemson Villa 8 has two main living areas, the Entertainment Villa Unit provides a large dining area suitable for all occasions set on the outer perimeter of the grounds with direct views out to sea, and a Lounge Villa Unit which provides comfortable seating and relaxed dining facilities.

A large open sala with comfortable furnishings and magnificent views is set between the entrance and lily pond area making an ideal quiet retreat for relaxing or al fresco dinning. Outdoor decking and seating are provided around the central large swimming pool which also enjoys direct views out to sea. All rooms are centrally air-conditioned.

Business Suite
The large L shaped business suite is discreetly located below the entertainment villa unit, purpose designed for relaxed meetings and small conferences with all the outer walls glazed to take full advantage of the stunning views out to sea.

The Villa has six large bedrooms with three located on the main top level, and three accessed by stairs one floor below.
