Featuring a modern Thai design with recognisable influences from around the South East Asia region, blended with contemporary furniture and accessories, the layout of the west facing property takes in 4 separate air-conditioned accommodation units, spread over three levels plus a separate services and maids quarters area.

Level 1 is the lower level and main outdoor entertainment area with facilities including the swimming pool and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and study/ theatre rooms with flat screen television, DVD and surround sound. Also there are steps leading down to the shoreline below.

The infinity edge blue tiled swimming pool with inset covered bar sala at the shore line end, is a constant 1.5 metres deep, other than in the area of the steps entering the water and the underwater seating around the bar. The pool waters are maintained by a weir system to a collection pool below, from where the water is filtered, treated and recycled back into the main pool.

Level 2 is where the main living/dining room area unit with pantry is located, along with a second unit housing the second and third bedrooms. The kitchen, laundry room and maid's quarters building is set discreetly to the rear away from the guests accommodation.

The first bedroom is of large proportions, with a king-size bed, a wooden Thai-style floor and ceiling and a small balcony taking in stunning view out to sea. The other bedroom has a single queen size bed and looks out onto the 'jungle' garden. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with the front accommodation also enjoying an open air bath facility with a view out over the Andaman Sea.

Level 3 is the villa front entrance with large double wooden doors giving access to the main reception courtyard featuring a large granite rock. The fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on this level down a short flight of steps and to the left. A large shaded sala area taking in stunning ocean views sits directly opposite.

The landscaped grounds are a mix of well cared for gardens and a jungle like garden feature with a series of waterfalls cascading through a series of ponds.

Staff: Two live in staff provide cleaning, cooking (Thai and basic European dishes) and maintenance services.

Security: Securicor provide 24 hr vigilance of the whole site.

Getting There: Getting to and from Kata consumes limited travel time by car with the shopping facilities of Phuket town and tourist area attractions of Patong being less than a 20 minute drive, and Phuket International Airport just 45 minutes away.
